Guarantee scheme

To meet the statutory guarantee requirement, Lost in Norvana participates in the VZR Garant guarantee scheme (www.vzr-garant.nl). You can check this on the participants page of the VZR Garant website. The VZR Garant guarantee applies within the limits of the Guarantee Scheme (available on the VZR Garant website). The Guarantee Scheme sets out exactly which (travel) offerings the VZR Garant guarantee applies to and what the guarantee covers.
